These Sales Terms apply to quotations, orders, and supply arrangements related to laser cutting machines, automation options, spare parts, and related industrial equipment provided by us.
Because laser cutting machines are industrial equipment and are often configured according to the customer’s application, production requirements, and technical scope, these Sales Terms are intended to clarify how quotations, orders, production, delivery, acceptance, and support are generally handled.
1. General Scope
These Sales Terms apply to the sale of:
- fiber laser cutting machines
- sheet metal laser cutting machines
- tube and pipe laser cutting machines
- sheet and tube laser cutting machines
- automation or optional equipment
- spare parts, service parts, and related accessories
These terms are for general commercial guidance. Final commercial conditions are confirmed in the formal quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, technical agreement, or other written confirmation.
2. Quotations and Technical Proposals
All quotations, machine recommendations, cutting suggestions, and technical proposals are based on the information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:
- material type
- maximum thickness
- sheet size or tube size
- part type
- production volume
- destination country
- voltage or utility conditions
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation, if any. Prices, specifications, optional items, lead times, and commercial terms may be adjusted if project requirements change.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation does not automatically include optional equipment, third-party equipment, unloading service, local taxes, customs duties, installation outside the agreed scope, or customer-side site preparation costs.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- the machine configuration is agreed in writing
- commercial terms are agreed
- the required advance payment or deposit is received
- the order is accepted by us in writing
Because many laser cutting machines are built according to specific technical requirements, order processing begins only after final confirmation of the agreed scope.
4. Machine Configuration and Customization
Laser cutting machines may be supplied in standard or customized configurations.
Customized scope may include:
- laser power
- working area
- enclosure type
- control system
- cutting head
- tube cutting module
- loading or unloading options
- automation or auxiliary support equipment
- voltage and electrical requirements
The customer is responsible for confirming that the selected configuration matches the intended application. Machine suitability should be evaluated together with the technical proposal, not by model name or power alone.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed in the formal quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, production, reservation of components, and delivery scheduling may depend on timely receipt of the agreed payment.
Bank charges, intermediary fees, exchange losses, and other transfer-related costs are generally the responsibility of the paying party unless otherwise agreed.
6. Production Lead Time
Production lead time depends on:
- machine type
- configuration complexity
- optional equipment
- factory schedule
- availability of key components
- whether the order is standard or customized
Any lead time stated in a quotation or communication is an estimated production reference unless confirmed in writing as a fixed schedule.
Lead time may be adjusted if the customer changes the order scope, delays technical confirmation, delays payment, or requests additional options after order confirmation.
7. Site Preparation and Customer Responsibilities
Before delivery or installation, the customer is responsible for preparing the required site conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This may include:
- power supply and voltage
- grounding
- compressed air
- cutting gas
- workshop space
- unloading conditions
- forklift or lifting access
- ventilation and ambient conditions
- network access if required
If the installation site is not ready, delivery, installation, commissioning, or acceptance may be delayed.
8. Packing, Shipping, and Delivery
Packing method, shipping scope, delivery terms, and logistics responsibility are confirmed in the quotation or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery arrangements may cover only the agreed export packing and shipping scope. Import clearance, local transport, unloading, local taxes, port charges, inland handling, or destination-side installation costs may fall outside the standard supply scope.
Risk transfer, logistics scope, and delivery responsibility should always be read together with the agreed trade terms and shipping arrangement.
9. Unloading, Installation, and Commissioning
Laser cutting machines are industrial equipment that may require site preparation, unloading support, machine positioning, utility connection, and commissioning.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- unloading equipment and unloading labor at site are arranged by the customer
- installation conditions must be ready before commissioning begins
- installation support is limited to the agreed service scope
- training, on-site service, or video support follow the agreed order scope
Any delay caused by incomplete site preparation, unavailable utilities, or unsafe installation conditions may affect installation timing and service scheduling.
10. Inspection and Acceptance
The customer should inspect the machine, packaging, and delivered items upon receipt.
If there is visible transport damage, shortage, or packaging abnormality, the customer should notify us promptly and provide photos, videos, or relevant documentation.
Machine acceptance is generally based on the agreed configuration, agreed supply scope, and the machine’s ability to operate according to the confirmed technical arrangement.
Because cutting performance depends on material, thickness, settings, gas, environment, and operator handling, final production results should be evaluated according to the agreed application scope rather than general expectations alone.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because laser cutting machines are often configured for specific customer requirements, order changes or cancellations may not be handled in the same way as standard retail products.
After an order is confirmed, any requested change to:
- machine model
- power
- working size
- optional equipment
- voltage
- automation scope
- delivery scope
may affect price, lead time, technical feasibility, or production scheduling.
If production has already started, or key components have already been reserved or assembled, cancellation or major modification may result in additional cost, partial non-refundable charges, or rejection of the requested change.
12. Returns and Replacements
Laser cutting machines, customized industrial equipment, and built-to-order configurations are generally not eligible for unconditional return or replacement after order confirmation.
If a quality issue is confirmed within the applicable warranty scope, handling will follow the agreed warranty terms, service process, and technical diagnosis procedure.
Consumables, wear parts, or issues caused by improper operation, unstable utilities, collision, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow maintenance requirements are generally not treated as standard return cases.
13. Warranty and After-sales Support
Warranty coverage, warranty duration, and after-sales support are confirmed according to the sales contract, machine agreement, and component terms.
Warranty-related handling usually requires:
- machine model and serial number
- fault description
- alarm details
- photos or videos
- application or operating information
Service support may include:
- remote diagnosis
- parameter assistance
- spare parts identification
- repair guidance
- on-site escalation when required and agreed
Detailed terms should be read together with the applicable Warranty & Spare Parts and After-sales Service policies.
14. Spare Parts and Consumables
Consumables, wear parts, and service parts may be purchased separately according to machine model and compatibility confirmation.
The customer should provide accurate machine information when requesting spare parts to reduce ordering errors and shipment delays.
Availability, lead time, and shipment timing for parts depend on part type, stock condition, compatibility confirmation, and destination arrangement.
15. Limitation of Website Information
Information shown on the website, including product descriptions, machine categories, FAQs, cutting references, and application examples, is for general information only.
It does not replace formal quotation, technical confirmation, or sales contract documentation.
Final commercial and technical terms are governed only by the written documents agreed between the seller and the customer.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- war
- export restrictions
- transport disruption
- supplier interruption
- labor disruption
- government action
- energy or infrastructure failure
Where possible, affected obligations will be resumed within a reasonable time after the relevant condition ends.
17. Governing Commercial Documents
In the event of any inconsistency between website content and formal transaction documents, the following order generally applies:
- signed sales contract or technical agreement
- confirmed quotation or proforma invoice
- written commercial confirmation
- website information
18. Contact for Commercial Questions
If you have questions about quotation scope, order confirmation, delivery, warranty handling, or other commercial matters, please contact our sales team directly before placing an order.
