Shipping arrangements vary by machine size, configuration, destination, and agreed delivery terms. Therefore, the final shipping scope will always follow the formal quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.
1. Shipping Scope
The shipping arrangement depends on several factors, including:
- Machine type and working area
- Open or enclosed machine structure
- Optional equipment and automation systems
- Destination country or region
- Selected shipping method
- Agreed Incoterm
- Installation and service scope
The quotation or contract will confirm what TengWen Laser supplies and what the customer must arrange.
Unless stated otherwise, the standard scope may not include local customs clearance, import duties, destination charges, unloading, or inland transport.
2. Export Packing
We select the packing method according to the machine structure and shipping route.
Export packing may include:
- Protection for the machine body
- Wrapping for exposed surfaces
- Separate packing for accessories
- Protection for sensitive components
- Labels for package identification
- Container-loading preparation
Large machines may require separate packing for machine sections, accessories, laser components, or auxiliary equipment.

- Forklift or crane rental
- Transport from the unloading point to the workshop
The customer should confirm that the unloading route and workshop entrance can accommodate the machine dimensions.

If suitable unloading equipment is unavailable, the delivery or installation schedule may be delayed.
6. Inspection After Arrival
The customer should inspect the shipment as soon as it arrives.
Please check:

- Package quantity

- Visible transport damage
- Machine body condition
- Accessories and major components
If you find damage, missing packages, or abnormal packing, take clear photos and videos before moving or unpacking the goods.
You should also record the issue on the carrier’s delivery document when possible.

7. Installation and Commissioning
Machine delivery and machine installation are separate stages.
