1. General Delivery Scope
Shipping and delivery arrangements depend on:

- optional equipment included in the order
Final shipping scope, packing scope, logistics responsibility, and delivery terms are confirmed in the formal quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.
2. Export Packing
Laser cutting machines are packed according to the machine structure, shipping requirements, and export handling needs.
Packing may include:
- machine body protection
- separated packing for accessories and key components
- protective wrapping or covering
- reinforced packing for transport-sensitive parts
- container loading preparation where applicable
Packing method may vary depending on:
- open or enclosed machine structure
- sheet machine or tube machine type
- machine size and working area
- destination and shipping route
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the project and destination, shipping may be arranged by:
- sea freight
- land transport
- multimodal transport
- express shipment for spare parts or small accessories
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery terms are confirmed in the formal sales documents.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping-related responsibilities may vary depending on:
- export packing scope
- loading scope
- port delivery scope
- destination transport arrangement
- import handling responsibility
- local unloading responsibility
Customers should review shipping terms together with the quotation and contract to understand what is included and what is outside the agreed supply scope.
5. Delivery Schedule
Delivery timing depends on:

- configuration complexity
- optional equipment
- booking of logistics
- export document preparation
- destination routing and transport conditions
Any delivery estimate provided before order confirmation is a reference only unless confirmed in writing.
Lead time and delivery timing may be affected by:
- order changes

- port congestion
- customs inspection
- force majeure events
6. Customer Responsibilities Before Delivery
Before machine shipment or arrival, the customer is responsible for preparing the required site conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This may include:
- power supply and voltage
- grounding
- compressed air
- cutting gas
- workshop space
- unloading access
- forklift or lifting equipment
- ventilation and ambient conditions
- local safety conditions
Proper preparation helps reduce delays in unloading, installation, and commissioning.
7. Unloading at Destination
Laser cutting machines are large industrial equipment and usually require proper unloading conditions at the destination.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- unloading equipment is arranged by the customer
- unloading labor is arranged by the customer
- forklift, crane, or lifting tools are prepared by the customer when required
- safe access to the unloading area is arranged by the customer
If unloading conditions are not ready, delays or additional handling costs may occur.
8. Inspection Upon Arrival
The customer should inspect the goods promptly after arrival.
Please check:
- external packing condition
- visible transport damage
- quantity of delivered packages
- machine body condition
- accessories and major components
- shipping marks and identification labels
If there is visible damage, shortage, or abnormal packing condition, the customer should:
- record the issue immediately
- take clear photos or videos
- notify the carrier if required
- notify our team as soon as possible
9. Local Transport, Import, and Customs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, destination-side responsibilities such as the following may be handled by the customer or local service provider:
- import customs clearance
- duties and taxes
- local trucking
- destination port charges
- warehousing
- unloading and site transport
- local compliance handling
The exact responsibility depends on the agreed commercial terms.
10. Installation After Delivery
Delivery of the machine does not automatically mean immediate installation unless installation support is included in the agreed order scope.
Installation and commissioning timing depend on:
- machine arrival condition
- unloading completion
- workshop readiness
- power and utility preparation
- agreed service arrangement

11. Spare Parts Shipping
Spare parts, consumables, and service parts may be shipped separately according to:
- part type
- stock availability
- compatibility confirmation
- destination arrangement
- requested shipping method
To avoid delays, customers should provide:

- part photo or part description
- fault or replacement details where applicable
12. Delivery Delays
We aim to coordinate shipment as efficiently as possible. However, delivery timing may be affected by factors outside normal control, including:
